FAQ

How do I enroll in the UltraONE Coach Club program?
You can sign up to become a UltraONE Coach Club member by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-632-9240 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to midnight. Eastern Time. When signing up, you should use the exact name that is printed on your driver’s license. It will take approximately two weeks for your actual UltraONE Coach Club card to arrive. If you don’t have it by then, you should call customer service to check on the status.

Why do I have to enter personal information in order to become a member?
UltraONE Coach Cards are mailed to the member's address. Meal coupons and redemption certificates will include your name. Additionally, this information is the only way we have of notifying winners in our sweepstakes drawings.

How many UltraONE Coach Club cards can I have?
Members are allowed to have one card. Please do not sign up for more than one TA or Petro Rewards Club Card. Anyone wishing to earn or redeem UltraONE Points or be entitled to any of the other benefits must have a card in his or her name. This is for your protection.

Do I earn UltraONE Points for my fuel purchases?
Yes, UltraONE Coach Club members earn UltraONE Points on qualifying purchases made at participating TA and Petro locations. Currently, UltraONE Point are awarded on diesel fuel and repair services. Members earn one UltraONE Point for every gallon of diesel fuel purchased and one UltraONE Point for every dollar spent in TA service shops and Petro:Lube. UltraONE Point are added to the account only when your UltraONE Coach Club card is swiped.

Do I earn UltraONE Points if only part of my group enters the location?
UltraONE Coach Members earn points based on the length of time your group visits inside the TA facility (minimum of 25 passengers must exit the bus and enter the facility).

How do I earn a free meal credit?
By calling the Call Ahead Dining line (1-866-865-4729) at least 90 minutes prior to the arrival of your group of 25 passengers or more.  Your call will be connected to a reservation specialist and the General Manager of the location to place your dining reservation.  Your complimentary meal credit will be added to your account upon successful swipe in, Store desk verification and swipe out and can be used on your next visit. It’s that easy.

How do I find out how many UltraONE Point or Meal Credits I have available?
Members can find their UltraONE Point balance by using the kiosk (member’s page) or by going online at www.tatravelcenters.com or www.petrotruckstops.com. You can also call customer service at 1-800-632-9240.

Does the card have to be present in order for me to get UltraONE Points?
Yes! Keep your card with you at all times in order to take full advantage of all membership benefits. In order to receive UltraONE Points, members must present their UltraONE Coach Club card when purchasing fuel or repair services. UltraONE Coach Members must swipe in at the Kiosk, go to the store desk to verify visit and swipe out at the Kiosk prior to departure.  UltraONE Points will not be awarded if the card is not available or if it is presented after the transaction is complete. We will not be able to add points any time after the transaction is completed, so make sure to have your card with you and present it at the start of the transaction.

How do I redeem UltraONE Points?
UltraONE Points can be redeemed at the kiosk. There is a kiosk at all TA and Petro locations. UltraONE Points are redeemed by scanning your card and choosing the appropriate redemption award. After selecting the award, you will receive an Instant Redemption Certificate. In order to help protect members’ accounts, If you are redeeming $25 or more at one time, then you will need to provide a driver’s license along with the UltraONE Coach card and the names on both must match.

Can I redeem my UltraONE Points for anything that TA sells?
UltraONE Pointscannot be redeemed for diesel fuel, gasoline, beer, alcohol, gratuities, cash or cash equivalents, gift cards, prepaid cards, lottery tickets, parking fees, scale fees, PrivaCash, or casino credits. Members are responsible for all taxes on qualifying purchases.

Can I redeem my UltraONE Points on-line?
Yes. We have an on-line prize catalog that contains many items such as sporting goods, tools, outdoor items, apparel, jewelry, and more. To access the on-line catalog, go to www.tatravelcenters.com or www.petrotruckstops.com and go to the UltraONE Coach section. Once there, enter your card number and your pin number and you will have access to the on-line redemption catalog. You can use UltraONE Point in conjunction with your credit card to purchase items and all items include shipping and handling.

What is my pin number and what is it used for?
Every member has a pin number. The pin number is used to access the UltraONE Coach section of the TA website where you can look at recent activity, check your account balance, access the on-line prize redemption catalog and more.   NEW, you can now require a pin code to be entered with the swipe of your UltraONE Expediter card at the kiosk to access your member account information.  You can add this feature by updating your account at the kiosk.

Can I get my account number over the phone?
For security reasons, we do not provide account numbers over the phone.

Do my UltraONE Points expire?
NO. UltraONE Points do not expire. Your UltraONE Expediter card will be deactivated after six (6) months if no activity is recorded on the card and any point or shower balance will be forfeited. Activity is defined as a certificate being printed or points being added for a qualifying purchase (See “How do I earn UltraONE Points in the program?” above). UltraONE Point or shower balances will not be restored after six months of non activity.

What if my card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, call customer service immediately at 1-800-632-9240. A Customer Service Representative may transfer all of the points and information from the old card to a new account. Please note that TA and Petro are not responsible for UltraONE Points or shower credits that are lost or stolen under any circumstances. Therefore, please protect your account just as you would other private information such as bank cards or credit cards.  You can now require a pin code to be entered at the kiosk when your card is swiped

Can purchases made using the Instant Redemption Certificates be exchanged for a cash refund?
No cash refunds will be issued for any merchandise purchased using UltraONE Points. Merchandise can be exchanged for like items if defective.

Is change issued on purchases where the Instant Redemption Certificate exceeds the amount of the purchase?
UltraONE Points have no cash value, therefore change is NOT issued on these purchases.
